The concept for the present website came from the early 1990s when I was living in Florida. I had used DARPA when I was working for defense contractors so I was aware that linking computers from various sites was possible. I had no idea what was possible with the world wide web.

My son however was aware of the Web since he was a computer program  professional. He had a website with he had created and allowed me to use that website to learn how to create my own website.  I learned a lot but in the years since then I have learned considerably more.  Every day I learn more.

Probably the only evidence of that early website is the logo which I still use having copyrighted it in the 1990s.  On the left side is a shield which represents my years in the United States Air Force. On the right side is a representation of the scales of justice which reminds me of the years I was a lawyer. The center( MBC) represents a hope I had when I designed the logo that the computer would educate and combine the various peoples of the world with their needs and cause peace.  I am still waiting for that to happen.
